You may have heard about automakers cutting production as they deal with a global shortage of computer chips. The worldwide microchip shortage can be traced back to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Stopping production of new cars has depleted the availability of service loaners as dealers inventory levels drop. 

To alleviate this shortage, we can provide alternate transportation such as a rental cars, when available, for customers who services are expected to be 2.5 hours or longer.
