Also, I was able to negotiate FAIR trade-in for my older XC90 with Ashvin. Once, I made a decision to lease, Ashvin made paperwork process easy and correct without any surprises. Yes this simply was as good as it gets! I wanted to write this review to allow car shoppers to understand that there are still some top notch sales men out here and Tola is one of the best!

I have been trying to make a decision on a new vehicle for quite some time now and to be honest that equates to over a year. I went back and forth between several makes and models with Volvo not having a tremendous amount of presence, but after looking at 4 cars at 4 different dealerships and then arriving at Patrick Volvo / Cadillac I knew This was were it was gonna end and that night! 

I pulled up and was immediately greeted by my car salesman Tola, he came out opened the door and asked me what I was in the market for and this is where it begun for me. Yelp reviewers I will tell you I put extreme priority on where I spend my money and who I spend it with and I will tell you that this dealership from my sales guy to my finance guy were that of high-end quality and it is deserved to be known.

I purchased my Volvo S60 and I absolutely adore it and it rides with presence. I will say even though, I love my new Volvo and I do, it was the kindness and patience of Tola my salesperson who has been selling Volvo for quite some time and that it shows, who sealed the deal for me and I will tell you I encourage anyone in the market for a Volvo to stop by and simple enjoy the pleasurable experience that I enjoyed and put your hard earned money where it is of deserving to be, with generosity and respect! Thank you Tola You are too amazing to be kept a secret!

"Kudos to Tola and Justin and Volvo for a job well done"

We are long-time Volvo fans that have kept both of our previous Volvos for 14 years each.  We were in the market for another Volvo and worked out a very good deal with another local Volvo dealership for a 2016 S60 Inscription. Unfortunately, that dealership did not have a huge inventory and the selection was limited.

We walked into Patrick Volvo after researching their inventory and learning that they had 5-7 S60 Inscriptions in stock that fit our needs.  We were greeted by Tola who immediately provided us with a demo car (which happened to be our #1 pick based on color/equipment).  The dealership was extremely busy but Tola kept all the plates spinning and we hammered out a deal in about an hour.  Justin, the Sales Manager was also very helpful and did not try to push any extras or financing (which was pretty amazing based on a Volvo Corporate plan which made our first 3 payments).

Kudos to Tola and Justin and Volvo for a job well done.  We are very pleased with our new vehicle and were pleased with the sales personnel at both Volvo dealerships.  In this particular case, Patrick Volvo had the inventory in stock which closed the sale.

I recently went in search of a new car after totaling my Cadillac CTS so safety was the most important factor driving my decision. I had narrowed it down to four brands with Cadillac and Volvo being at the top of the list. 

We had purchased our Cadillac at Patrick and had a great experience so headed back there given that they had both brands side by side. I was fortunate to meet Roger Summers who took the time to understand my priorities and compare / contrast options and show me the S60 Inscription which quickly became my front runner.

Throughout the process, Roger was responsive, persistent, and aggressive in pricing the lease as I had no intention of haggling. I live in Oak Park so had the option to lease the Volvo from the Autobarn in OP but in comparing the experience, had a much better experience at Patrick. The closing process with Justin and Roger was efficient and painless and Roger went far beyond what I expected in walking me through the features of the car and helping me to program all the presets. I highly recommend this dealership and the team!

I love playing with cars in the showroom. I like test-driving them.And like most people, I *hate* trying to buy one. I recently got a Volvo XC60 from Patrick Volvo. I'm flat-out blown away at how kind every person was, how comfortable the sales process was, and how EASY -- I am not making this up -- the finance part was. 100% recommend. Our sales rep was Tola Akinola. He's an absolute joy to work with, and I felt like we made a new friend right from the jump. He never pressured us or pushed us into what the dealership may have wanted. He helped us get to know the car, and when we got stuck, he showed us how some of the features worked.  Justin, the sales manager, treated us like old neighbors he'd known for years, despite the fact that we had only been in Illinois a week. The finance guy had us in and out in *minutes*, while amusing us with stories about his kids and dogs.  I couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience.

Wonderful buying experience from beginning to end! Our salesman was top-notch. Couldn't ask for anyone nicer. From the moment we met him to the moment he delivered the car to our house, everything was great. This was our first Volvo, and he was always available for questions along the way. No pressure tactics whatsoever. Only helped us with what we wanted. Custom ordered a Hybrid XC90 build in Sweden with only the trim/color/additions/packages that we wanted (and at a better price than other Volvo dealers since they have the volume being the largest Volvo dealer in the area). He even got us a bow since it was a present for a very special occasion. Highly recommend!

"Easy to work with"

Car buying stinks these days so can't express enough how easy it was to work with Adam and Vlad at Patrick Volvo. I was replacing an Audi and wanted to do so again but my past dealer was marking up way too much. Happened into Patrick Volvo and bought for the dealer as much as the car.
