Must take new retail delivery within 90 days of PIN creation date. Only one (1) Volvo PIN allowed per vehicle. Limit two (2) Volvo PINs per participant per year. The Authorized Volvo Car retailer determines final sale price, base MSRP does not include packages, options, destination charge, port installed accessories or dealer accessories (if applicable). Additional purchase eligibility is extended to the eligible individual's spouse and/or members of their immediate household. The buyer/lessee and the Volvo PIN participant's legal home address must match the sales or lease contract. Co-buyers or co-lessees are permitted. Purchase Bonus, Lease Bonus, Loyalty Bonus, Conquest Bonus and/or Volvo Allowance when and if available are subject to change at any time and may vary from month to month and may differ based on geographic location.  Not compatible with other A-Plan by Volvo or Public Affinity Offer PINs. 3. How can a customer verify their First Responder eligibility and how long does the verification process take?

4. What are some of the ways that a customer can confirm verification via ID.me?

• First Responder Records: Enter your agency, certification date, or registry information to instantly verify your EMT or Firefighter group status. ID.me checks this information against federal and state databases.
• Document Upload: Upload images of official first responder documentation to verify your Law Enforcement, EMT, or Firefighter status. The ID.me team reviews document uploads within 60 seconds at a secure U.S.-based facility

*There are multiple ways of getting a copy of your paper documentation on to your computer in a digital format; including (but not limited to) using a scanner or you can take a picture with a smartphone or tablet and email it to yourself, etc.)

5. What documentation do I need to verify my first responder status?

The documentation you can use to verify your first responder status depends upon the type of first responder you are:

• EMT/EMS can use a state license, a training certificate from the last year, or an ID card with their name and title on it.
• Firefighters can use an ID card with their name and title on it, a training certificate from the last year, or a membership card that is not expired.
• Law Enforcement Officers can use a valid ID card that states their name and title, a pay stub that shows their position, or as a Federal LEO you can use your SF-50.

NOTE: We do not accept transcripts, department logos, business cards, emblems, or pictures of individuals dressed in uniform as a form of verification. All badges must be accompanied by proper identification. We are also unable to verify ID cards labeled as "Employee," "Civilian," or cards that do not have your position as a Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighter, or EMT/Paramedic.

6. I do not have an email address, is there a way to verify without having one?

Currently, it is required that everyone have a valid email address to be verified and to obtain a Volvo PIN.

7. I do not want to upload any information via id.me. Is there another process?

Unfortunately, no. Volvo Cars has chosen this process to ensure the highest level of verification, as well as to reduce fraud. Volvo Cars wants to ensure that only eligible individuals have access to the exclusive offer. At this time customers must be verified using this method.

8. I have uploaded documentation but have not received an email confirmation?

• Confirm a valid email address has been provided.  Check email and SPAM folders.
• Confirm you meet the First Responder program criteria. See Program eligibility question above.
• If your are unable to access the Volvo PIN via a newly created PIN request, then contact Volvo Program Headquarters at support@aplanbyvolvo.com for assistance. (Monday-Friday | 9-5 EST)
